OVHcloud guarantees 99.9% availability of the server infrastructure. CATENA provides outsourcing and support services for your software (Windows Server, SQL Server, Sage). Our team of French-speaking experts provides technical support and human monitoring 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not offer 24/7 automated support, as we prioritize human intervention by qualified experts during your working hours.
No. You keep and use the Sage licenses (Sage 100, Sage Payroll, ERP) you already own. We provide the managed Windows Server infrastructure and the necessary access licenses (RDS/CAL). You do not pay for software licenses you already own.
The name change from Veridis to CATENA does not alter our contracts or commitments in any way. It is an evolution to reflect our growing expertise in Sovereign Cloud. You still benefit from the same management and the same expertise, and our commitment to the security of your data in Europe.
